We, at FireplaceRadiator.com, are confident that you will be very pleased with the operation of your new Fireplace Radiator™ and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the performance of this product we offer a satisfaction guarantee.
Contact GO Sales Inc. at 1-877-663-7454 for a return authorization number (RMA#) and instructions. Any product sent back without a RMA# is considered abandoned.
The Fireplace Radiator™ must be packaged in the original packaging along with all original packaging materials, manual, etc., and must be in reasonably clean condition with no abnormal wear, tear, scratches or abuse. All out bound shipping and merchant fees will be deducted from the purchase price. Any parts returned damaged will also be deducted from the purchase price. Return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. Items not in original packaging cannot be returned. The Fireplace Radiator™ must be shipped back to us within 30 days of your purchase, no exceptions. The Fireplace Radiator™ is very reliable, however, if you are experiencing any problems upon purchase, please contact us. Your full warranty will apply. This is the best heat exchanger on the market and we stand behind what we sell.
Note: We do not except returns on Customized Units or Special Order Units. These are units that include special order parts 3a, 8a, 9a, 10a, 11a, 11b or units that have been customized for the customer. Units that have been purchased for pre-fab fireplaces are not returnable. Fireplace Radiators™ that have been altered by the customer in anyway are not returnable.
